so, ak akan jadikan blogging neh xtvt wajib ak dmlm ari...

ok, sbnar nyer ak nk tulis laen..tp neh la story paling latest yg berlaku pd ak
tengah2 ak menaip post neh....

syok2 menyurahkan idea dan menekan2 neh, tetibe ak rase de mende yg lain mengalir slain dri idea2 yg dtg dri otak ak neh,
sumting plak nk kluar dri idung....

maybe bab panass sgt n ak kurang minum air..or de mende lain...

Pagi yang indah di opis:-

keluar ar sorg kakak dri bhgian mngment mendokong sorg baby:
reaksi yg serta merta ak kluar kan adalh..." ala, kiut gler...eyhhhh...geram nye....anak spe tu??"
dgn selamba, ak trus g kt baby tu kaco2 dye....

ropenyer tu anak kak mas, gler kiut....name dye qaleesya( xtau ar btol x ejaan nyer)
then, oleh krane mak nyer de byk kerje, n ak ngah ddk jer goyang kaki xde keje....
ak pown offer ar nk jage sambil memain ngan dye....

giler sonok....
oleh krane ak neh klu dpt baby jer cam xcited smcm spai rachel bkate" weyh...buat la anak sendri"
repon ak adalah " hahahahhhahahaa" dgn pjg nyer.....

ak memain ngan baby tu spai ar dye ngantuk.....

n ptg dye nk blk tu pown..dye tdo gak..sempat la pangku dye tdo...
hehehe

well2...i'm so glad + soooo much happier than ever.....
lagu yg berkurun, ak x tau spe yg nyanyi, pe tajuk nyer....
at last......dpt jugak tahu..huhu~~~

sungguh riang rasenyer.....dri dlu ak minat lagu time after time, that's what i think (lagu2 yg ak bru tau tajuk dye)

tapi ak still lom dpt answer bg persoalan yg bermain kt pkiran ak neh....
sape mula2 yg nyanyi lagu "true colors" ????cyndi lauper ke????phil collins????

nie la CYNDI LAUPER...at last kenal jugak ak ngan dye....

wHat A mEss!!!!!!!!

Really dunno what a "beep" things happens to me...
seems like there's been a curse here and there till everything i do got to be wrong!!!!!!!!

Starting when i'm doing my work in the morning till evening...
wrong sample in wrong tube, but then i successfully cover with....
then another thing happen!!!!The Biggest One!!!!!
D***, dunno where the "beep" word came from..but it came out from my mouth!!!!
wrong volume!!!!u really in big mess with the DNA!!!!!!!

Luckily, then my supervisor said : " it's ok, maybe we can try an error"
a bit relief..but still nerves!!! thinking what will happen to my band when undergo electrophoresis.
then, i put all samples in the mastercycler....

happily continue my work after lunch, preparing agar.....
then, come the hard part which is dealing with the EtBr (chemical that can brake down your DNA processes)....
happily, done another mistake while pouring the agar containing that EtBr!!!!
I pray to god " ya allah, mintak-mintak la kawen nanti still dapat anak"
hehehehhee...........

then, i hope i'm not doing other mistakes........but...................
i dunno what am i thinking!!!!!!!!!!!
so, "beep".........mamai, pikiran melayang!!!!!!! seems im not there!!!!
again, i'm forget bout the -ve and +ve control in the agar!!!!

Then. again kak iza said " i told u, samples go first, then -ve control, marker then +ve control"....
feels ashamed...again!!!!
hope still got good result for virus lab!!!!

After so much tired....and a bit overtime, my band seems so well done!!!!!!!!!!
no unspecified band, no contamination and nothing!!!!
GOOD JOB GIRL!!!!!!!

hahahaa love PCR & electrophoresis soooooooo much....................But LOVE HIM EVEN MORE!!!!!!!!

slps trip di ke port dickson bersame team otai (ora)...trip cycling thn neh dimulakan dgn track yg menjadi pilihan ramai di area cheras, kajang dan sewaktu dgn nyer..iaitu di bt.18 jln nak ke nuang...
